This Belgian Sheepdog history, especially the Malinois, had its beginnings in 1890, fully ten years before the German working breeds which have always received the lion's share of attention. Yet this has been virtually unknown outside of the homelands in the Low Countries. For these reasons this small anthology has been collected here.
